Terms of use
Effective 30 August 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Klejdi Hoxha (“we”, “us”) covering your use of Opportunity Radar. By creating an account you accept them. Opportunity Radar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork or any other marketplace.
What the service is
Opportunity Radar helps a freelancer decide which work to take. You paste in a job post, message or enquiry; it scores the fit against your profile, flags risks, estimates effort, suggests a price and can draft a response. It is decision support. It is not legal, financial, tax or career advice, and it does not act on your behalf.
What the service never does
- It does not submit applications, proposals, messages, bids, contracts or payments anywhere. Every outward action is yours to take, manually, on the platform concerned.
- It does not scrape websites or poll marketplaces in the background.
- It does not ask for or store your marketplace password.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — accounts are not to be shared. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put in — your profile, the opportunities you paste, your notes and your drafts.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content strictly to operate the service for you, including sending it to the AI provider when you ask for an analysis or a draft. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
- You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit, and that doing so does not breach a confidentiality obligation you owe to a client or employer. Do not paste material you are not permitted to share.
AI output, and its limits
Scores, red flags, effort estimates, price ranges, questions and proposal drafts are produced by an AI model.
- They may be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Review everything before you rely on it or send it to a client.
- A score is an opinion about fit, not a prediction of outcome. We do not guarantee that you will win work, earn any amount, or that a client is trustworthy.
- Price suggestions are a starting point derived from your own stated rates and an estimate of effort. What you charge is your decision, and you are responsible for it.
- Similar inputs may produce similar output for different users. Drafts are not guaranteed to be unique, and you should edit them into your own words.
Plans, limits and payment
A free plan is available with monthly limits. Paid plans raise those limits.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and exclude any tax that applies to you.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and access continues until then.
- Monthly usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused allowance does not carry over.
- We may change prices or plan limits. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects an existing subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds and cancellation
Kept as its own section rather than a line inside the payment terms, because it is the thing you will want to find quickly and without reading everything above it.
- Cancel at any time, from Billing inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends.
- Your opportunities, pipeline and outcome history stay available on the free plan afterwards. Losing a subscription does not lock you out of your own record.
- Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments are non-refundable — you keep the access you paid for rather than receiving money back for time you did not use.
- If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. By subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately; if you then cancel within those 14 days you may be charged for what you used before cancelling.
- If the service fails materially — it does not do what this page says it does — contact us at support@opportunityradarapp.io and we will put it right or refund you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Opportunity Radar to:
- break the rules of any marketplace, including automating activity a platform requires to be manual;
- submit content you have no right to submit;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your experience in a proposal;
- discriminate against anyone on the basis of a protected characteristic;
- resell, sublicense or expose the service or its output to others as your own product;
- probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or work around usage limits;
- submit unlawful material, or anything designed to manipulate the AI into producing it.
Third-party platforms
Where you connect an external account, that platform’s own terms apply to your use of it, and you remain responsible for complying with them. We are independent of those platforms. Content retrieved from a marketplace API is temporary — it may be removed after 24 hours, so do not treat Opportunity Radar as a permanent record of a listing.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that is being used in a way that threatens the service or other users — with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost work, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or €50 if you paid nothing.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you submitted or because you used the service in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. If you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.
